Product Description

Bedmax shavings are large flake pine shavings, purpose-made to provide an ideal bedding for horses and ponies. They are made at three dedicated Bedmax production plants in the UK, from fresh timber sourced from renewable UK forestry. Bedmax shavings were developed to offer owners a natural bedding that would help address the issues that threaten the health and welfare of horses in stables.

Dust Removed

Bedding is potentially the biggest source of dust in the stable, and dust can impair or seriously damage your horse’s respiratory system. BEDMAX has one of the lowest levels of dust and spores on the market.

Support

Your horse’s hooves need firm, resilient support. Our larger flakes provide it. We also dry BEDMAX to a controlled moisture content to prevent hooves from drying out and cracking.

Manages Moisture

Our larger shavings help drain urine from the surface to be absorbed by smaller shavings at a lower level. This keeps the surface dry and reduces the risk ammonia poses to your horse’s lungs and hooves.

Hygiene

Maintaining hygiene effectively is crucial and difficult. We make BEDMAX shavings from fresh pine because pine offers unique antibacterial action against harmful bacteria and fungi. We also dry our shavings at sterilising temperatures during production

Delivery Information

We offer FREE click and collect to all our BATA Country Stores and Thompsons Town & Country Store, please select this option at checkout. You can also collect instore at Robinsons Equestrian in Malton. This service is FREE of charge and takes 3 - 7 working days. Your selected store will contact you when your order is ready for collection.

We also offer UK Standard delivery at £6.95 and UK Express delivery at £8.95, if you need you items that little bit sooner.
Standard will take 3-5 Days
Express will take  1-2  Days

Returns Policy

If you wish to return an item for any reason, you can either take the item(s) to your local store or send to:

Please note any postage costs including initial postage charges and those incurred when returning your item(s) will be at your own expense except in the case of faulty item(s)

In order to receive a refund or exchange you must:

• Provide proof of purchase for the item(s) being returned.
• Return the item(s) within 28 days of being delivered to you/collected by you.
• Return the item(s) in a resellable condition with its original packaging (including labels attached) unless faulty.

Please note there are some items which can not be exchanged or refunded (unless faulty) due to being perishable or for health and safety or hygiene reasons. This includes animal feed, animal health products and protective clothing. Please contact us if you are unsure.

Faulty products can be returned for a full refund. Alternatively you can contact us by emailing RB@bataltd.co.uk with a photo of the product as well as any documentary evidence for your claim or call 01653 697442.

Click & Collect

If you wish to return an item that you ordered through www.robinsonsequestrian.co.uk  with Click & Collect, please take the item(s) to a BATA Country Store or Thompsons Town & Country Store. Refunds will take up to 10 working days and can not be refunded at BATA Country Stores.
