Product Description

Feeding oil is an established part of many equine diets. Increasingly oil is being used as part of the energy quotient of the diet, and the superior quality and fatty acid profile of Omega Oil makes it ideal for this purpose. Omega Oil provides slow release energy that is efficiently metabolised by the horse and is particularly recommended as a source of energy for performance; such as eventing, high level dressage and endurance. When changing the diet to include high levels of oil it is very important to build the amounts up gradually to allow time for the horse’s metabolism to adapt. When feeding an oil rich diet it is recommended that the oil is balanced with antioxidants; D-Tox or Vitamin E Selenium and Lysine are ideal for this purpose.

Returns Policy

If you wish to return an item for any reason, you can either take the item(s) to your local store or send to:

Please note any postage costs including initial postage charges and those incurred when returning your item(s) will be at your own expense except in the case of faulty item(s)

In order to receive a refund or exchange you must:

• Provide proof of purchase for the item(s) being returned.
• Return the item(s) within 28 days of being delivered to you/collected by you.
• Return the item(s) in a resellable condition with its original packaging (including labels attached) unless faulty.

Please note there are some items which can not be exchanged or refunded (unless faulty) due to being perishable or for health and safety or hygiene reasons. This includes animal feed, animal health products and protective clothing. Please contact us if you are unsure.

Faulty products can be returned for a full refund. Alternatively you can contact us by emailing RB@bataltd.co.uk with a photo of the product as well as any documentary evidence for your claim or call 01653 697442.

If you wish to return an item that you ordered through www.robinsonsequestrian.co.uk  with Click & Collect, please take the item(s) to a BATA Country Store or Thompsons Town & Country Store. Refunds will take up to 10 working days and can not be refunded at BATA Country Stores.
